This reflection journal helps you connect your everyday AI use to the IB Learner Profile. Work through three sections: your current AI use, how the Learner Profile shows up in your AI experiences, and one or two personal goals for using AI more thoughtfully.
This is a student-facing journal in three sections. Section 1 asks what AI tools you use, when and why, and how using them makes you feel. Section 2 connects Learner Profile attributes like Inquiry, Balanced and Open-minded to real examples from your own AI use. Section 3 asks you to set one or two personal goals for using AI more ethically and effectively.
