The Hub provides educational resources — articles, videos, webinars, events, and downloads — to help schools adopt AI safely and effectively. Resources may be free or require registration.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
• You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

All content on the Hub — including articles, videos, downloads, and branding — belongs to Eblana Learning or its licensors. Resources are provided for use within your school or organisation. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish Hub content without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Hub for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Hub;
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

The Hub’s content is provided for general educational guidance. While we work to keep everything accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that content is error-free or suited to your specific circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eblana Learning’s liability arising from your use of the Hub is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Hub or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
