Privacy Policy

The Eblana Learning Hub (“the Hub”) is operated by Eblana Learning. We act as the data controller for personal data collected through the Hub. You can reach us at hub@eblanalearning.com.

We collect personal data only when you choose to provide it:

• Account details — your name, email address, password (stored securely and never visible to us), and optionally your organisation and role, when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
• Form submissions — details you enter when you request gated resources, register for events or webinars, use the “Get Started” form, or book a call, such as your name, work email, school or organisation, and role.
• Newsletter subscription — your email address, if you subscribe.
• Support tickets — the messages you send us when you ask for help.
• Profile photo — if you choose to upload one.

We use this data to provide the services you request, respond to your enquiries, deliver resources and event access, and — where you have consented — keep in touch about relevant Eblana Learning services.

We process your data on the basis of: contract (providing your account, registrations), consent (marketing contact from lead forms, newsletter subscription, optional form pre-fill), and legitimate interests (keeping the Hub secure and responding to support requests).

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run the Hub:

• Supabase — secure database and authentication hosting (EU region, Ireland).
• Brevo — sending transactional and newsletter emails.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.

Details you submit through lead and booking forms are also shared with Eblana Learning’s internal operations tools so our team can follow up with you.

We keep your data while your account is active or while it is needed to fulfil the purpose it was collected for. When you delete your account, your personal data is anonymised across the Hub. Order records may be retained in anonymised form where required for financial record-keeping.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access your data — download a full copy any time from your account settings.
• Correct inaccurate data — edit your profile in your account settings.
• Delete your data — delete your account from your account settings, or contact us.
• Withdraw consent — unsubscribe links appear in every newsletter, and you can adjust notification preferences in your account.
• Complain to a supervisory authority — in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission.

If we make material changes we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
